Establishment of Stichtsche Rugby Football Club

"Bilthoven recently got its own rugby club. For over a year, children had been training enthusiastically on the grass in front of the town hall. With its own training field at the hockey club SCHC and with the official establishment at Notarissen Houwing van Beek on October 29, the Stichtsche Rugby Football Club is now a fact."
Since 2013....
On to 100 members Thanks to your enormous support, SRFC has grown into a club with 91 members and seven youth teams (U6 to U16) in 10 years. We are still growing steadily, on to the goal of 100 members! Our beautiful spot at sports park Weltevreden You can find us on field number 7. You are always welcome to come and cheer on our wolves! Collaboration USRS There is a solid collaboration between SRFC and USRS. The men (including the first generation of Stichtsche wolves) help us as trainers, coaches or REF and vice versa the men like to use our beautiful field.
Proudly facing the future
Playing at SRFC is more than a sport, we want to give the children memories and friendships for life. This does not only apply to the children, but also to you as founders. During our lustrum we would like to reflect on the beautiful memories and friendships that have been created and toast with you to our 10-year lustrum. We look forward to raising a glass together on Saturday 28 October, followed by a dinner and to conclude we watch the World Cup final together with all the wolves, how beautiful is that!
Own contribution As an association we have chosen to keep the annual contribution low and we are currently saving hard for new training materials. We participate in the Grote Clubactie, if you also want to buy lottery tickets, click here. So there are costs associated with participation. Our sponsor Café van Miltenburg has put together a nice dish in collaboration with Slagerij van Loo for € 25 pp. The drinks are also at your own expense. We will raffle a unique beautiful lustrum shirt among the people who correctly predict the final result! and we will also provide the brown fruit.
